MID SHOT/MEDIUM SHOT:
What? : A shot where the subject and background share equal dominance in the picture.
How?: This picture shows how the subject ( myself) and the background are equally shared within the shot and therefore makes it a medium shot, you are still able to focus on my expression but you are also drawn to the background as well.

Well done Karina having read all of your other posts linked to cinematography you demonstrate a sound coherent understanding of the film term and how and why it is used. You provide some good examples especially your personal examples from your own photos. To add to this you must discuss how you hope to use cinematography within your own production.
Having re read your cinematography post you have linked your experience of the preliminary task well done. You have identified the importance of a wide variety of cinematography and how this will help you create a successful thriller piece well done.
